  • How do I contact MorriSofa?

  • How do I place an order?

    Step 1: Choose a item that you like and click the relative picture to enter item page

    Step 2: Select your preferred style (if applicable), and click“Add to Chart”

    Step 3: Confirm the quantity and item on the Cart Page then click “Checkout” to proceed.

    Step 4: At the Check-out page, you would be asked to indicate your shipping information and also select your preferred payment mode

    Step 5: Click “Order Now” at the Check-out page

  • How do I know if the color I see on screen is accurate?

    As a result of light, computer monitor color or personal understanding of the different colors, resulting in photos and in-kind may be some color different. 

  • Can I have tailor-made sofa to fit my home?

    Sorry, not yet. We do not provide tailor-made service. 

  • What is your quality guarantee policy?

    We aim to provide a satisfactory after-sales service of 36 months warrenty. For details, please refer to the following,

    Quality Guarantee Policy

    Damaged good upon delivery: Exchange the product with a new sofa

    Seat Spring/Sofa Frame: Exchange the product with a new sofa within 12 months from the date of purchase. For following 24 months,  the sofa could be sent back to the original produced factory for the repairing

    Functional Parts: 3 years free on-site repair service

    Other Parts: Check the product upon arrival

    Fillings: Check the product upon arrival

    Cover: Check the product upon arrival

    Checking Fee*: Separate quotation required

    Delivery Cost for Repairing*: Separate quotation required

    Except in special circumstances, $100 of checking fee will be charged.
    If a defect is attributable to the materials and/or workmanship, the checking fee will be refunded.

    If the repair requires specialized tools or equipment not available during an on-site repair, the sofa could be sent back to the original produced factory for the repairing. Customer shall bear the delivery cost, except the first year from the date of purchase.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

    After your order is confirmed, you will be linking to MorriSofa PayPal Payment Link. Click Debit card or Credit card for payment, PayPal account is not required in this process.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you placed your order from our online shop and would like to cancel the order, please contact our sales team at +852 3611 6971.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

  • What do I do if I received a wrong product?

    If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll help you with the return and redeliver the product.
